Products that are received damaged or defective must be reported within 10 business days. To report these problems please fill out the "contact us" form on our website or call (801) 899-2007. Depending on the type of damage, My Oil Gear may pay for the damaged product to be returned in order to problem solve whether the damage was due to a manufacturing or shipping issue. Customer will not be held responsible for shipping out replacement items for products that were received damaged or shipped incorrectly.
A defective product must be reported within 30 days and will be considered on an individual basis for an exchange of the identical product.
New, unused items can be returned within 30 days and refunded in two ways. A refund can be given in the form of store credit or to be issued in manner that it was originally purchased for the purchase price MINUS a restocking fee of 20%. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost and no initial shipping cost will be refunded.
No refund will be issued on printed material with the exception of those that are shrink wrapped in new condition.
My Oil Gear is not responsible for any damage caused to products by the misuse or inability to use the products. My Oil Gear is not responsible for misordered products or products that the customer no longer wants to keep.
